Deanship of Student Affairs Announces Distinguished Employee Award

 

In the framework of seeking high performance and developed skilled in Deanship of Student Affairs' employees and the ongoing quest to advance their performance level to the best, Deanship of Student Affairs announced the Distinguished Employee Award that was prepared and organized by Quality Center in Deanship. 
The Award seeks to achieve the following objectives: (1) Advancing the performance level of the Deanship of Student Affairs' staff; (2) Bringing in the spirit of competition among the employees of Deanship of Student Affairs; (3) Giving opportunity for creativity and development.
The areas of competition are in the following items: (1) Good appearance; (2) Punctuality in signing in and out and being available when needed (3) High performance of the tasks assigned to them in an efficient and effective manner; (4) Creativity, innovation and taking initiative; (5) Keeping good relations with their managers, colleagues and clients.
 This was mentioned by Dean of Student Affairs Dr. Hamad Alghemeizi who extended his thanks and appreciation to University Rector for his constant support. He added that every employee is allowed to take part in Distinguished Employee Award Competition. In fact, Distinguished Employee Award is granted to three employees every three months. A committee established by the Dean to select three winners.
Dean of Students Affairs added that there will be some incentives to Distinguished Employee Award. Deanship of Student Affairs will grant winners a group of incentives such as priority of nomination for local and international training programs, counting the Award as strengths when upgrading process takes place, honoring employees through a ceremony to be held in Deanship, hanging pictures and names of the ideal employee in the honor board and granting a certificate of thanks and appreciation. Also, deanship of Student Affairs may add other incentives to be approved at every session of the Award.
