Based on the directions of the University Rector Dr. Khalid Saad Al-muqrin that stress the need for communication between the university officials and students, Deanship of Student Affairs made an announcement about scheduling an interview for students to meet face to face with the Dean and vice deans during the week as follows:

Dean of students' affairs Dr. Hamad Abdullah Alghemeizi offered thanks to the Rector of the university for his great concern that encouraged the deanship officials to exert extra efforts in order to achieve better services for university students.
