Under the patronage of Deanship of Student Affairs and its interest in providing excellent food service that suits students in terms of taste and reasonable price; and as a reaction to suggestions the deanship has received from students, Dean of Student Affairs Dr. Hamad Abdullah Alghemeizi paid an inspection visit to the coffee shop in the University City. In fact, the aim of this visit is to check workflow, food, beverages and the service quality that are provided in the shop as well as prices. Later on, the dean met with the coffee manager and a number of students who were in the coffee shop in order to know their views. Moreover, Mr. Abdullah Al-Zahrani, a member of the Student Services Committee in deanship, mentioned that the coffee shop offered excellent services to students taking into consideration some remarks from students whether verbally or by any other means of communication.
After communicating with the operator about the remarks, he confirmed to us that he cares a lot about students' satisfaction; that is why he offered food and beverages at lower prices than they used to be in the past few weeks.
Mr. Alzahrani added that his Excellency Dean of Student Affairs Dr. Hamad Alghemeizi follows continuously the services provided to students, and he does everything he could to facilitate students study and create excellent scientific environment. The dean stressed on the importance of communicating with students to provide the best quality service that Deanship is trying to achieve.
