A Workshop on 'The Evaluation of Departments's Performance'

On Tuesday 28/1/1440 AH, The Deanship of Quality and Skills Development held a workshop titled: “The Performance of Departments” .
It aims to discuss the evaluation tool for all departments of the university. The Dean of Quality and Skills Development Dr. Mohammed Bin Saleh Al-Obodi explained, in the workshop, the importance of measuring performance and the role played by both the Deanship and the university departments with regard to quality assurance and development .
The Vice Dean for Quality Assurance, Dr. Abdullah bin Said Bajehzr explained each instrument and the importance of standards used to evaluate departments. He also presented a summary report of the departments's performance evaluation for the year 1439 AH.
A proposal was suggested by the advisers at the Deanship about the mechanism of review for the year 1440 and the evaluation tool that to be used .
At the end of the workshop, the proposed tools to be used for evaluation were suggested in a discussion for final approval.
