MU PARTICIPATES IN SAUDI WOMEN EMPOWERMENT CONFERENCE

The minister of education, Prof. Hamad Al-Shaikh launched the women empowerment conference and her role in development during King Salman era. The conference was organized by Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University under the patronage of Princess Fahda bint Falah Al-Hithlain.

The vice-rector, Dr. Jawaher Al-Omar, represented MU in the launching ceremony of the conference. A booth was also set up in the associated exhibition which focused on highlighting the role of MU in women empowerment since its establishment.

The vice-rector, Dr. Al-Omar extended her thanks to the leadership of this country and to the rector for his concern to ensure that the university plays a vital role in empowering women through academic or awareness programs.
