The CIFAL Saudi Center organizes a session about the role of community in achieving sustainability

The CIFAL Saudi Center organized a virtual Ramadan gathering titled "The Role of Individuals and Communities in Achieving Sustainability", in the presence of a group of academics, experts, specialists, and advocates in sustainable development. The session was moderated by Dr. Ayman Al-Barkati, Director of the CIFAL Saudi Center, who discussed the role of individuals and communities in adopting sustainable practices.

The session addressed several key topics including: the concept of sustainability and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the importance of balancing environmental, economic, and social aspects. It also addressed the role of the United Nations in adopting these goals.
