Dr. Ahmed Al-Rumaih, vice-rector for educational affairs, received in his office a team of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET).
Dr. Al-Rumaih briefed the team on the university and the various outstanding achievements in many field, highlighting the commitment of the educational and academic programs, including the ones related to engineering and technology, to provide high quality outcomes. Presented by the dean of engineering and computer colleges, a number of issues were addressed related to the performance and indicators of some academic programs and to what extent they are likely to meet the market demands.
