DEANSHIP OF STUDENTS AFFAIRS HOLDS THE SECOND MEETING OF COLLEGES COORDINATORS FOR THE FOURTH SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE

The second meeting of colleges' coordinators for the fourth scientific conference was held in the Deanship of Student Affairs on Saturday headed by Dean of Student Affairs Dr. Hamad Abdullah Aalghemeizi who is also the general coordinator of Almajmaah University. He started the meeting by thanking the coordinators and urging them to work hard in an organized way for the university to be represented strongly and in a very distinguished manner in the scientific conference. Also, he urged them to word hard to overcome obstacles that students face. The Vice Dean of Student Affairs for student activities, deanship coordinator and the supervisor of the colleges for the scientific conference and the Preparatory Meeting for a University Mr. Khalid Ibrahim Alafaisan emphasized that enrolling all students must be  through the electronic registration icon on the official website of the Deanship of Students Affairs. Then, communicating with the male and female coordinators within their faculties is crucial as the communication channels are identified on the website of Deanship. Mr. Alofeisan also pointed to the importance of knowing the new terms for this year as there are some differences from the previous year. He also stressed on the point that the deanship will design a framework for all participations. At the end of the meeting, everyone agreed upon postponing submission of participations due date 02/09/1434. Colleges should give students the opportunity to finish their work, and submit it complete along with resumes and all the requirements.
