TEAM OF UNIVERSITY REALITY DIAGNOSIS HELD A WORKSHOP FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE STRATEGIC PLAN II

As part of the preparation of procedures of the second Strategic Plan of 1437-1440 H. which Majmaah University seeks to complete in the coming period under the auspices of the University Rector, the Unit of Reports and Plans organized the first workshop at the General Department of Planning and Administrative Development hall under the title “Diagnosis of the Current Situation of the University”.

The head of the diagnosis team Dr. Saad Al-Qahtani introduced the Higher Committee of the Preparation of the Strategic Plan and its subcommittees, functions and roles. Dr. Adnan Kotaite, the team’s decision maker presented the methodology of the Strategic Environmental Analysis SWOT Matrix for the diagnosis and analysis of the University internal and external environment.

 
Furthermore, the Committee members also reviewed the prominent achievements of the university, its strengths, the potential opportunities and future challenges. Dr. Tariq Ismail presented the reality of scientific research. Dr. Al-Mutwalli Bader showed the outstanding achievements in quality and development, and Dr. Mohamed Al-Nemer pointed out the performance of community service.

 
At the end of the workshop, the team leader expressed his deep appreciation for the leadership of the university and the team members for their constant and considerable efforts in supporting Majmaah University.
