The Scientific Council at the Vice Presidency for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research held its fifteenth meeting for the academic year 1435/1436 H, dated 23/03/1436 H, headed by His Excellency the Vice Rector of the University for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research and Chairman of the Scientific Council , Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Shayae, and members of the Scientific Council, therefore, he explained that the Board has discussed several topics on the list of the agenda, and took a number of recommendations, as the most important one is  the approval on appointing  Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Shammari at the rank of Assistant Professor at the  Department of law, Faculty of Business Administration, as well as the approval on joining  Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Mutairi the Program of Scientific Contact at King Fahd Medical city in Riyadh, and the approval on the presence of Dr. Abdulaziz bin Ahmed Al Olaiwi, and Dr. Rashid bin Hamoud Al Thunayyan, and Dr. Mohamed bin Abdullah Al Tayyar , for a training course entitled (the Purposes of Qur'an and its Impact on the Understanding of the Islamic Law (Sharia) in Rabat City in the Kingdom of Morocco, as well as the approval on the arbitration of publishing a number of books for a number of faculty members provided by the Center of Publishing and Translation at the university, including a book entitled " Reform Education in the Arab world": the ins and scenarios, as well as the book  " Learning Difficulties in the Light of Theories".
