THE COLLEGE OF APPLIED MEDICAL SCIENCE OBTAINS A RECOMMENDATION FROM (ABET) IN ONE OF ITS PROGRAMS

A great achievement was made by the college of applied medical science as it obtained the recommendation of the Accreditation Board of Engineering and Technology in medical equipment technology. The recommendation came as the program has met the requirements of the commission. With this achievement, Majmaah University is deemed as the first newly established university in Saudi Arabia to obtain this accreditation. A delegation from (ABET) has paid a visit to the university to ensure that the commission’s standards are applied.

His Excellency the Rector, Dr. Khalid S. Al-Mugren expressed his gratitude with this magnificent achievement which is attributed to the college of applied medical science’s clear and precise vision to obtain the accreditation.

The head of the supervising committee for the developmental project, Prof. Mohammd Al-Rukban congratulated the Rector this great achievement and extended his thanks and appreciation to the dean of the applied medical science college, Dr. Nasser A. Al-Jarallah on this achievement.
