DEANSHIP OF STUDENT AFFAIRS IS TO HOLD A LECTURE ABOUT THE CONCEPT OF FITNESS

Under the patronage of His Excellency the Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs Prof. Mohammad Al-Rukban, the Deanship of Student Affairs has conducted a lecture titled “ Your Way to Fitness” at the auditorium of the main campus, presented by Dr. Saleh S. Al-Ansari, General Supervisor of Health Promotion Center.

The lecture focused on introducing the students to the health culture and how to make it a habit. Dr. Al-Ansari also made a reference to obesity and its treatment. A number of inquiries were answered by the presenter related to the topic which witnessed the attendance of a large number of students.

The Dean of Student Affairs Dr. Hamad Al-Gumeizi mentioned that this course is part and parcel of the Deanship plan which intends to serve the students in all aspects of life. He encouraged all students to participate in the programs offered by the Deanship which will be of great value for their intellectual growth and skills development.
