THE DEPARTMENT OF MEDIA AND PUBLIC RELATIONS HOLDS A RHETORIC CEREMONY ON THE OCCASION OF TERM EXTENSION FOR THE UNIVERSITY RECTOR

A ceremony was held with the attendance of vice-rectors and deans of colleges & supported deanships on the occasion of extending the term of His Excellency the Rector Dr. Khalid Al-Mogren for another 4 years.

The ceremony which was moderated by Mr. Mohammad Al-Eid began with a documentary film about the major success of the university over the last 4 years followed by a report for the Director of the Media and Public Relations Dep. Mr. Nasser Al-Yousif about the most important achievements done over the last period.

A number remarkable comments were made by Vice-Rectors and Deans where they expressed their gratitude for the extension of the Rector in office and paid tribute to the support and encouragement they received from His Excellency the Rector which contributed with substance and value in the development of the University.

Addressing the audience, Dr. Al-Mogren delivered a speech where he paid tribute to the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz for the support that all Saudi universities and Majmaah University receive which resulted in the flourishing of the universities. He also praised the efforts being exerted by all deanships and administrations which assisted the University to make more progress and become successful. He eventually encouraged all to exert more efforts to achieve more of the University objectives.
