MU SCHOLARSHIP-STUDENT, MR. FAISAL AL-SHEMMRI RECIEVES AN AWARD FOR PARTICIPATING IN A RESEARCH TEAM

Mr. Faisal Al-Shemmari, an MU scholarship-student, received an award by the University of Queensland (UQ) - ranked 47th in QS university world ranking- for being a member of a research team that published an up-to-date paper in the field of education with the title “Educational Research in the Age of Anthropocene”.
Mr. Al-Shemmari, who is a PhD candidate at UQ, has also won an award for achieving the second place in Three minutes thesis 3MT . The thesis reports the application of technology in teaching; a comparative study between new and old universities.
He extended his thanks to MU Rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Mugren, and vice-deans for their exceptional support throughout the year.
