News of Follow-up Administration

Since Follow-up Administration, represented by the University Rector (May Allah protect him) is very keen on following and supervising the workflow in the university, University Rector held a meeting with Follow-up Administration on Tuesday 20th/11/1432. At the outset of the meeting, the Administration's speech was delivered by the Director of Follow-up Administration Mr. Abdullah Faheed Alsaab where he offered thanks to the university administration for its concerns with the university administrations, especially Follow-up Administration. Also, he explained that Follow-up Administration is always keen to carry out its duties to the fullest and help other administrations reach the highest performance level. After that, a comprehensive report was submitted to the University Rector about the activities of Follow-up Administration starting from the Hijri year until the date of meeting. In fact, the report included the performance of staff and university administrations in detail and accurate statistics about everything. Then, the University Rector Dr. Saad Al-muqrin presented a speech in which he explained that the university administration's interests and concerns are with seeing the proper workflow in the university and enhancing the performance of the university staff. Also, His Excellency expressed his personal concerns with Follow-up Administration and its activities for what they are doing in order to measure the level of performance, detect anything that would disrupt or delay work or any sense of performance dropping. Then, a souvenir was presented to the University Rector from Follow-up Administration on this occasion. Also, Mr. Saad Almoqhem, one of the former employees of Follow-up Administration, was honored for his efforts in the establishment of Follow-up Administration. In the end, photos were taken with the University Rector on this occasion.
