The General Administration of Performance and Compliance (GAPC) at MU seeks to make its services accessible for employees and to apply the highest levels of professional practices and quality in work by improving performance, achieving compliance, and enhancing integration and effective communication.
The GAPC is also keen to create a conducive environment that enables everyone to perform their work and add value. Moreover, it strives to preserve everyone's rights, making grievances and expressing opinions accessible. Part of the Administration's principle is to establish a positive institutional culture that supports the achievement of the university’s goals and strategic plans.
