The Department of Emergency Medicine was established within the Departments of Faculty of Medicine at its inception, therefore, the Department aims to:
1- Scientific achievement in the medical research for the advancement of emergency services.
2- Create the academic and scientific atmosphere for faculty members and students as well.
3-Open the channel of cooperation between the Department and other relevant authorities.
