This unit is responsible for communicating with external community sectors such as schools, companies and charities.

Unit specialization:

1- Encourage faculty members, students and researchers to participate in awareness-raising activities and spreading the culture of volunteering.

2- Link the university with the surrounding community and contribute to its development.

3- Highlight the college’s media role in community and organize its participation in international and national events.

هي وحدة تختص بالتواصل مع الجهات المجتمعية الخارجية مثل المدارس والشركات والجهات الحكومية المختلفة والجمعيات الخيرية.

اختصاص الوحدة:

هي وحدة تعني بتعزيز رضا الطالبات وتفهم احتياجاتهن وتكييف الخدمات الجامعية بما بتأقلم معهن.

اختصاصات الوحدة:

١- متابعة تنسيق خروج طالبات النقل من الكلية بالتعاون مع الإدارة العامة للخدمات.

٢- تنظيم أعمال طلبات نقل الأنشطة الطلابية ورفع الطلب من خلال الأنظمة الإلكترونية الخاصة بذلك، والإشراف على الرحلة وتكليف من يوكل لها الذهاب والإياب مع الطالبات بما يضمن سلامة الجميع.

٣- التنسيق مع مكاتب خدمات النقل بالكلية حيال تأخر رحلات النقل بسب بالظروف المناخية الطارئة.

The Unit aims to coordinate with its counterparts in the Vice-Dean's Office for Educational Affairs and Development and the Vice-Dean's Office for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research to support the education process based on students' needs.

Unit specializations:

1- Meet the requirements of the educational, research and administrative process.

2- Set operational plans.

3- Implement safety and evacuation plans in events of emergency in coordination with the relevant authorities.

تهدف الوحدة للتنسيق مع نظيراتها في وكالة الكلية للشؤون التعليمية والتطوير ووكالة الكلية للدراسات العليا والبحث العلمي من أجل دعم عملية التعليم وفق احتياجات الطالبات.

اختصاصات الوحدة:

١- العمل على توفير متطلبات العملية التعليمية والبحثية والإدارية في مقر الطالبات.

٢- إعداد الخطط التشغيلية لأقسام الطالبات.

٣- تطبيق خطط السلامة والإخلاء في حالة الطوارئ بالتنسيق مع الجهات ذات العلاقة.
