Objectives

The Center rests on achieving a number of objectives that contribute in undertaking its assigned tasks. These objectives are : - Manage the university incoming and outgoing correspondences and distribute mails - Manage the procedures of receiving and dispatching all correspondences, documents, transactions, mails, publications and newsletters as well as recording them electronically.

Mission :

To provide exceptional services of managing, indexing, retaining and documenting all incoming and outgoing correspondences, transactions and documents.

Message from the Director

Since its establishment, Majmaah University has invariably strived to improve communication between internal departments as well as all concerned external sectors which are closely associated with the university different activities and events. Thus, the university administration has seen the necessity to establish a center, based on institutional vision, that is capable on consolidating the process of communication between the university departments. To that end, MU Rector issued an order No. 1887 in 18/5/1440 to establish a Correspondence Center.
