2. إتاحة الدراسة الجامعية للطلاب فيبرامج انتقالية بكفاءة اقتصادية عالية.
3. إتاحة الفرصة لطلابالجامعة الذين لم يتمكنوا من مواصلة دراستهم لأسباب أكاديمية للحصول علىدرجة تؤهلهم وظيفياً عن طريق الالتحاق بالبرنامج التأهيلي في الكلية.
