VICE RECTOR FOR ACADEMIC AFFAIRS RECEIVES FIRST REPORT ON THE COLLEGE CONTRIBUTIONS

On Wednesday, 05/05/1439, the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Al-Rumaih, received in his office the first report regarding the contributions of the College of Science and Humanities in Ghat in the initiative lead by Majmaah University on the theme “University Without Accidents”.

Dr. Rumaih listened to an overview of the initiative from the Dean of the College, Dr. Omar Al-Omar. “The College has contributed to the initiative through conducting scientific research on traffic accidents, producing an awareness video, creating the charter of the initiative and holding several activities in this regard,” Dr. Omar explained.

The Dean of the College also reviewed a number of leading activities contributing to a suitable educational environment for students.

Dr. Al Rumaih praised the efforts of the College, its staff, faculty members and students in achieving the objectives of the University. He also commended the contributions of the College in serving its local community, pointing out that such initiatives inculcate a sense of belonging in the hearts of students.

The Vice-Rector confirmed that the college and the University are partners in achieving the goals in line with the strategic plan of the University.
