His Exellency, the Vice Rector, Dr.musalam bin Mohammed Al Dosari pointed out (when the University Rector sign contract for the construction of supporting buildings in the main campus, as well as the supervision contract on the construction of supporting buildings in the main campus with a total value of 102 million Saudi Riyal) that this urgent project will be the actual launch of the university in order to achieve its need urgent to support buildings for main projects in colleges, deanships, and administrations in Majmaah, and by which to achieve the academic needs of any university environment. In addition, this project will represent the quality shift to the university in its plan to get rid of rented buildings in Majmaah. He also pointed out that the plan which university is thinking about (which proposed by the Vice Rectorship represented in the projects and technical affairs administration, and approved by the Supreme Advisory Board at the university, and adopted by the University Rector Dr. Khalid bin Saad Almugren) is working to achieve the university needs of the academic and administrative buildings and to get rid of the rented buildings in all provinces under the scope of the University Services (Majmaah - Zulfi - Ghat - Rummah - Hotat Sudair) during the next two years, God willing. He added that the nucleus of achieving this plan may near to be completed through the implementation of urgent projects in Ghat, Rummah and Hotat Sudair. His Excellency ,after signing of an agreement of this project, held a coordination meeting with HE Projects Manager and Technical Affairs Department of the university, Eng. Fozan Mohammed bin Al Fahd, and representatives of the project contractor to coordinate work ,implementation and follow-up mechanism with emphasizing on a number of procedures that university see the need of commitment by contractor since the first day of the contract.
In this context, the Vice Rector Dr.musalam bin Mohammed Al Dosari thanked and gratitude to the University Rector Dr. Khalid bin Saad Almugren for his follow up to the preparation stages continuously and accurately to the this project ,He also thanked the University Rector for his support to the Vice Rectorship works, projects management and technical affairs for the advancement entrusted their role. His Excellency thanked and appreciated the Project Management and Technical Affairs, and General Administration of Administrative and Financial Affairs, and the Department of Public Relations at the University for the quality setup and good follow up to the work of this project until the contract was signed, asking Allah to reconcile all to accomplish this project fully and on time.
