His Excellency ,the Vice Rector, Dr.musalam bin Mohammed Al Dosari hold a meeting with employees of the Projects Management Offices at university on Sunday, 27/03/1436 AH, to discuss the work of the office plan during the fiscal year 1436/1437 AH, and works that require to be completed during the coming period, where they discussed the coordination mechanisms to request projects and circular on various university sections this mechanism, the mechanism of work in engineering the import requests and results of the meeting which has been with the General Directorate of Administrative and Financial Affairs, and developments with Administration of Projects and Technical Affairs regarding the construction project management system. Then, His Excellency viewed the latest developments of work in research projects management system (research), and developmental aspects required by the project management system in the coming period.
During this meeting, His Excellency also viewed the report about the progress of electronic archiving for purchasing projects ,His Excellency directed to prepare offer in this regard in coordination with the Purchasing Department in the General Directorate of Administrative and Financial Affairs in preparation for sending to the University Rector to be Adopted in the consultative meeting.
At the conclusion of the meeting, HE the Vice Rector discussed with the employees of the office all the human and material needs required by the office work in the coming period in order to perform the functions of the office perfectly and hoped.
