MU PATRONIZE LAUNCH CEREMONY OF FAMILY AND CHILDHOOD CENTER FOR ENGLISH LANGUAGE

In a ceremony held in the presence of Majmaah University’s Rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Mugren, vice-rectors and deans, the Family and Childhood Care Center at Social Responsibility Observatory has launched an initiative aimed to teaching English to kids and a memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed with a number of respected entities.
Expressing his gratitude for the exceptional support of MU Rector and for attending the ceremony, Dr. Mohammed Al-Shareef, Director of the Center, delivered a speech highlighting the importance of establishing such a center that is advocated to providing a wide-range of services to family and kids. This program of teaching English to kids is the first project to be carried out by the Center since its establishment . A memorandum was also signed with the National Family Safety Program (NFSP) and Saudi School Sports Federation (SSSF) to exchange experience and cooperate in social and education program field.
A film was show introducing the program and its goals as well as the age group it targets and the syllabus taught in this program.
Adviser to the Program Martin Paul appreciated the step taken by MU Recto to launch this program as the demand for English language has been growing in our life, which needs to be learned in early stage of childhood.
Addressing the audience, MU Rector delivered a speech commending the efforts of the Center and partnerships it formed with public and private entities.
The memorandum was signed by Prof. Musallam Al-Dosari, MU Vice-Rector Director of SRO and both Dr. Majed Al-Issa, CEO of NFSP and Dr. Khalid Al-Kuraiji, General Secretary of SSSF.
