Training for Project Managers

Under the development plan of the Project Management Office (PMO), the Office held a training session for project managers. The session included the following:
• How to write the tender specifications and project plans as well as how to use the project management system PMO2.
• How to use the unified application portal at the correspondence tracking system "comprehensive portal”.
• Managers were briefed on the tasks of the project manager at the university, how to prepare a table of quantities and specifications, and how to track an application process in the Application Portal.
This comes within the efforts and actions of the PMO to achieve the University's strategy and Vision 2030.
