The Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Learning Launches the First Phase of its Training Courses for E-learning Management System D2L

The Deanship of e-learning and distance learning organised (the first phase) of its training courses on the learning management system (D2L) which is a series of training courses addressed for faculty members (men only), and supervised by the training unit at the Deanship.
The first phase is all about training courses aimed to develop the skills of the trainees to use the learning management system through accessing and building an educational content, homework, quizzes, manage files, forums and posts, virtual classrooms and announcements and applying them to smartphones.
The Deanship seeks through these training courses to maximise the benefit of the learning management system in the educational process and also, to achieve the principle of educational support for faculty members and students at the university colleges. 
 
Registration Instructions:
  • Registration is electronically done through the e-services portal- Deanship of e-learning and distance learning.
  • A trainee is entitled to choose one training  course only.
  • The training courses are addressed for faculty members (men only), and women will have training courses in the second phase, that will be determine later.
  • A trainee should choose the appropriate course for his work place. Also, the appropriate language.
  • Each training course is produced for 3 days from 8:30 am.  3:30 pm. 
  • A trainee should take the approval to participate in any training course. With note that the Deanship is not responsible for that.
  • The training course location will be mentioned in the acceptance SMS.
  • Registration closes if total trainees  is completed.
  • Registration does not imply final acceptance. SMSs and e-mails are sent to those accepted and non-accepted.
