E-learning series of courses held by the College for students

Under the sponsorship of the College Dean Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al-Mutairi, and under the supervision and follow-up of the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs Dr. Abdullah Bin Mohammed Al-Dakhil, the Vice Dean Office for Academic Affairs, represented by the E-learning Unit, held a number of training courses for the students on using D2L system.
These courses came as part of the unit’s training plan for the first semester of the current academic year 1439-1440 AH , which aimed to train students on the study skills regarding the electronic courses by introducing to the e-learning system (D2L), one of the most developed and advanced e-learning systems on the world.

These courses provide a detailed explanation of most of the tools and processes the system includes which aim to provide an electronic learning environment quite similar to the traditional educational environment. However, the latter one differs in the sense that it easily accessible and does not require the presence of both lecturer and students to class which allows high flexibility in communication between them.

The E-learning Unit has held four training courses for the students on the e-learning system (D2L) during the first semester of the current academic year, which was held in the computer labs, and under the supervision of Dr. / Emad El-Din Hassan Massameer and Mr. / Mohammed Fayez Abed, certified trainers in the E-Learning Unit.
