The director of the Support Services Unit participates in the job performance evaluation workshop

The director of the Support Services Unit at the Applied College, Mr. Muhammad Al-Harbi, participated in the job performance evaluation workshop held by the Deanship of Human Resources, represented by the General Administration of Performance Management and Control, under the patronage of the Vice-Rector for Development and Investment, Prof. Musallam Al-Dosari, and follow-up the Acting Dean of Human Resources, Dr. Mansour Al-Gharib at CIFAL.

This workshop is very important as it focuses on evaluating job performance and measuring the level of employee achievement to achieve the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

The workshop featured a discussion of several important topics, including the regulatory framework for performance management, the job performance charter, how to formulate smart goals, and determine the level of competencies to match the university’s strategic goals, as well as completing the evaluation procedures and electronic transformation for performance evaluation.
