A series of training courses for students on how to use (Blackboard)

The E-learning and Distance Education Unit  conducted a number of training courses for students on how to use the university’s e-learning system (Blackboard). The courses featured a detailed hands-on explanation of most important tools and processes students might need in their educational activities. 

The course addressed the following tools:

- The system interface including user profile customization and account settings. 3

- Browse and navigate the courses.

- Access to content of the course.

- Assignments.

- Course grades.

- Electronic exams.

- Follow up on announcements (news).

- Forums (discussions).

- Use of e-mail.

Three in-person training courses were conducted during the current - second semester by Mr. Mohamed Fayez Abed, supervisor of the e-learning unit at the college, and Dr. Ahmed Ismail Shaheen, Secretary and member of the e-learning unit at the college .
