- Coordination with Students’ Affairs Deanship regarding participation in different students’ activities.
- Organizing leisure and scientific trips for all students, teaching staff and administrators.
- Nominate students and faculty staff to take part in different cultural and scientific activities inside and outside university.
- Promote and organize cultural and social activities in the deanship.
- Organizing field visits by students to their colleges.
- Encourage both faculty staff and students to post and publish their works in the deanship magazine.
- Organizing some activities for the deanship like meetings and administrators’ meeting with students.
- Organizing the final ceremony for the students’ activities at the end of the academic year.
- Providing the Dean with a detailed report about what has been achieved during the whole year.
