Quality Assurance Unit

  1. Promoting the culture of quality in the college and supporting the comprehensive quality assurance process.
  2. Preparing reports on the performance and satisfaction of the beneficiaries about the various activities held by the college.
  3. Determining the possible areas of improvement and proposing the necessary projects to achieve them.
  4. Evaluating the performance of all groups in the college via questionnaire forms.
  5. Documenting information and administrative decisions at the college, and creating a database for the college and its employees.
