Tasks of the unit:

 

1- Preparing a study to determine the training needs.

 

2- Preparing training plans.

 

3- Preparing a timetable for training programs.

 

4- The preparation of an annual plan of all efforts and achievements of the Unit of Training and skills development.

 

5- Coordinating with the Quality assurance Unit and the Unit of Measurement for assessing, evaluating and measuring the impact of training programs in order to allocate resources in a better way according to the quality assurance standards.
