مهام مكتب وكيل الكلية
- استلام وتسليم الرسائل الصادرة والواردة من وإلى مكتب الوكيل حسب النظام المتبع وفرزها وتصنيفها وتوثيقها في السجلات.
- متابعة وصول التعليمات والقرارات والمراسلات الصادرة من مكتب الوكيل إلى الجهات ذات العلاقة سواء داخل الكلية أو خارجها.
- إنجاز الأعمال الكتابية والطباعية الخاصة بمكتب الوكيل.
- استقبال المراجعين لمكتب الوكيل وتنظيم دخولهم والرد على الاستفسارات والمكالمات الهاتفية.
- صياغة خطابات وقرارات مكتب الوكيل.
