1-The translator has to submit a request for translating a student book to the chairperson of the concerned department with filling in the form.

2-If the department   approves  the translation project of the students book, it will nominate a number of six specialized  evaluators and attach the course specification. The department shall be committed to incorporate  the translated book in the syllabus  plan as a teaching course for a period of three years started from the printing date

1-The translator  has to submit a request for translating a scientific or cultural or reference book to the manager of Publishing and Translation Center to make sure of its importance and validity , with filling in a form.

2-In case of giving consent, the translator has be noticed of the preliminary consent. The center will correspond the publisher to obtain the publishing permission, a recent edition of the translated book and original copy from the illustrations and the drawing in the book.

1-The author has to submit a request to the chairperson of the concerned department  to  state  his/her desire to publish a book through the official channels of the University. The author has to identify the symbol of the course , its  number and  its  title for which he/she will author the book or parts of a book.(if the book is associated with an academic course).
