Academic Timetables:
A- Processing and distribution of courses timetables to faculty members.
B- Preparing timetables for the department.
C- Distribution of the teaching load regarding specializations.
D- Considering dividing sections when necessary.
Academic Plan Committee
Academic Plan Committee:
A- Coordination with the College plan Committee with respect to any renovation and development of the study plan.
B- Study and the follow-up of academic plans in the section and the introduction of appropriate amendments thereto when needed.
C- Study and follow-up courses of the department and the introduction of appropriate adjustments in accordance with the scientific developments in the field of jurisdiction.
Student Activity Committee
Student Activity Committee:
A- General supervision of non-classroom activities in the department.
B- Developing and implementing plans for Activity Committee during the semester.
C- Preparation of periodic and final reports for the Committee.
D- Attracting participation of students in the Committee

Academic Counseling Committee:
A- Holding open meetings with new students for the purpose of counseling and building acquaintance.
B- Instructing students and advising them to choose appropriate courses in line with academic plans in place to successfully obtain a degree.
C- Helping students overcome the obstacles encountered in college and providing advice in issues affecting college students.
Exam Comittee
Exam Committee:
A- Preparation of exams and invigilation timetables.
B- Follow-up the Committees’ Work.
