E-learning is based on the use of information technology tools to create an incentive to improve the quality of educational outcomes by raising the level of interaction between the student and the teacher. From this point, establishment of this unit came that in turn seeks to achieve the following:
* Active participation in providing infrastructure to create the right environment for e-learning.
* Disseminating the culture of e-learning that enables the college's employees and the students benefit from the means and tools available.
* Developing the skills of the college's employees and students to make the most of the means and e-learning tools that are available.
