Tasks
1.Preparation of the draft budget of the University.
2. Discuss and study the drafts budget submitted by the university sectors before including these drafts in the final draft budget of the University
3. Discuss the project with the Ministry of Finance and answer any queries.
4. Prepare the exchange plan for the distribution of items, programs and projects of the four chapters of the budget.
5. Follow up the implementation of the budget and submitting reports about the workflow.
