Department of Budget is considered as one of the major and important Departments at the university. It was established on 01/04/1432 H, under the guidance of his Excellency the Rector of the University. It is regulatory associated with the General Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs and its main goal is to achieve the university financial requirements in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Higher Education as well as the preparation of the draft budget of the University in line with the five-year plan and budget rules.
1. إعداد مشروع ميزانية الجامعة .
2. مناقشة ودراسة مشروعات الميزانية المقدمة من قطاعات الجامعة قبل إدراجها في مشروع ميزانية الجامعة
3. مناقشة المشروع مع وزارة المالية والرد على أي استفسار .
4. اعداد خطة الصرف لتوزيع بنود وبرامج ومشروعات الابواب الاربعة للميزانية .
5. متابعة تنفيذ الميزانية ورفع التقارير عن سير العمل .
6. اقتراح وإعداد قرارات المناقلات والتعزيزات وخطاباتها وإقرار التعديلات على الاعتمادات بعد الموافقة عليها تفصيلاً لذلك.

تعود نشأة إدارة الميزانية لعام 1432 هـ وكانت تسمى آنذاك إدارة التخطيط والميزانية حتى نهاية عام 1433 هـ حيث تم فصل التخطيط عن مهام الادارة ليلحق بالإدارة العامة للتخطيط والتطوير الاداري وأصبح مسماها الحالي إدارة الميزانية لتكون مهمتها الاساسية تحقيق متطلبات الجامعة المالية بالتنسيق مع وزارة المالية و وزارة التعليم العالي . ولله الحمد تضم الادارة كوكبة من الموظفين المتميزين مهنياً نسعى جميعاً للعمل بروح الفريق وتحقيق هدف الادارة الرئيس ونسأل الله أن يعيننا جميعا ً لتحقيق ذلك.

تشارك إدارة المستودعات في تحقيق أهداف الجامعة و تقوم بحفظ المواد و صرفها للوحدات الإدارية ويسير العمل فيها طبقاً لقواعد و إجراءات المستودعات الحكومية وما تصدره وزارة المالية و الاقتصاد الوطني من التعليمات في هذا الشأن و الأنظمة المتبعة في الجامعة.

Our goals
Department of Warehouses contributes in achieving the goals of the university participating in saving the materials and distributing them to the Administrative Units, where the work is progressing in accordance with the rules and procedures of the governmental warehouses, released by the Ministry of Finance and National Economy of instructions in this regard and regulations of the university.
