Tasks:A- Tasks of in charge of the network :
1- Receipt of hours of network from the departments.
2- Distribute them on the supervisors of halls to suit the hours and needs of networks.
3- Distribution of networks remaining hours on supervisors.
4- Supervision on the commitment of members and supervisors to their hours in networks in a timely manner and follow them up on an ongoing basis.
تتولى متابعة تفعيل و تشغيل المقررات و الاختبارات الالكترونية مع الكليات.
Tasks:
1- Receipt of the updated schedules according to a certified copy from the academic departments.
2- Inventory of schedules on behalf of Ms, and the room number in private tables.
3- Follow-up the members in the identified classrooms according to school schedules which are approved by the heads of departments.
4- In case of the absence of one of the members, a letter is being sent to the department to explain the reason.
Tasks:
The duties of Academic Counselor are determined as the following:
Firstly, the technical duties:
• Prepare a special file for each male or female student who has been appointed to supervise on him/her.

السعي في تحقيق منظومة أمنية شاملة في الجامعة، و العمل الدائم على تطويرها و المحافظة على الأرواح و الممتلكات داخل الجامعة ، و حفظ النظام و الارتقاء بمستوى الانضباط داخل الجامعة.
المهام والاختصاصات: -
1: توفير الأمن والحماية للأرواح والممتلكات لمباني ومرافق الجامعة بالمناطق الجغرافية التي تقع بما يتوافق مع اللوائح والأنظمة المعتمدة في هذا الشأن.
2: تنظيم حركة السير والمرور في الممرات ومواقف السيارات في ساحة الجامعة و الكليات التابعة لها في حدود صلاحيتها.
General function:-
Strive to achieve a comprehensive security system at the university and improve it regularly; preserve lives and property and maintain order and discipline.
Tasks and functions: -
1: Maintain security and protection for the lives and property of the university’s buildings and facilities.
2: Organizing traffic on roads and parking lots in the main campus
3: Issuing entry permits to all university employees and visitors.
