وحدة إسكان الطالبات:
تقدم وحدة إسكان الطالبات خدماتها للطالبات المغتربات والمقيمات بالوحدات السكنية المتوفرة لهن من قبل الجامعة من أجل تهيئة الجو الملائم لهن ليتمكن من التفرغ للدراسة والبحث والتحصيل بحيث تشتمل مهام الوحدة على الاتي:
- توفير الاقامة المريحة للطالبات في جو يسوده الامن والطمأنينة والصحة.
- الصيانة الدورية للوحدات السكنية بالتعاون مع ادارة الخدمات الجامعية.

The Female Student Housing Unit provides services to foreign students and residents who live in the university housing to allow them to dedicate their time for study and research. The responsibilities of the unit include:
وحدة الشؤون الطلابية:
تختص هذه الوحدة بخدمات عديدة يتم تقدمها للطالبات عبر مسيرتهن الدراسية كتقديم المنح الدراسية وتخفيض الطيران وتوفير مراكز للتصوير وبيع الكتب المخفضة وتقديم السلف والإعانات للطالبات وفق لوائح المنظمة لذلك ورعاية الطالبات ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ومركز التدريب والمهارات الطلابية وتشتمل مهام هذه الوحدة على الآتي:
- إعداد الخطط والبرامج والجداول الزمنية للوحدات المختلفة.
- إعداد التعاميم الخاصة بوحدة الخدمات.
This unit is assigned to provide a wide-range of services to students throughout their study such as scholarship, air-ticket discount, a photocopy center, give a lone and assistance to students based on stipulated regulations and provide care to students with special needs.
The responsibilities of this unit include:
- Prepare plans, programs and timetables for all units.
- Write the Unit of Services’ memos.

انطلاقا من الأهداف العامة للتعليم الجامعي فان الوكالة تسعى جاهدة تحقيق الأهداف التالية:
-غرس العقيدة الإسلامية السمحة في نفوس الطالبات
- تحقيق رؤية ورسالة الجامعة في بناء شخصية متكاملة ومتوازنة للطالبات وفق ما تقرره الشريعة الإسلامية من فكر وسلوك ديني واضح.
- توفير كافة وسائل الراحة والخدمات الاجتماعية والصحية التي تلبي احتياجات الطالبات المتنوعة
Based on the general goals of university education, the Vice-Dean’s Office strives to achieve the following goals:
- Inculcate Islamic values in students
- Achieve the university’s vision and mission of developing students’ personality to be integrated.
- Provide students with all means of comfort as well as social and health services which meet students’ diverse needs.
- Provide social care to students through the Student Fund.
- Provide high-quality nutrition services.
- Develop students’ skills and explore their talents

حرصا من عمادة شؤون الطلاب على مصلحة بناتنا الطالبات والاهتمام بهن ورعاية شؤونهن وتقديم كل الدعم لهن في مسيرتهن التعليمية فقد تم إنشاء وكالة عمادة شؤون الطالبات بجامعة المجمعة المعنية بمتابعة الحياة الجامعية للطالبة من اللحظة الأولى للالتحاق بالجامعة حتى ما بعد التخرج وإنه لفضل وعطاء من الله تعالى وشرف لي أن أحظى بتقديم كل الدعم والمساندة لبناتنا وطالباتنا
Out of the Deanship of Student Affairs’ concern to care about students and provide them with all sorts of support throughout their education journey, the Vice-Dean’s Office for Student Affairs at female campus was founded at Majmaah University with the purpose of following-up students’ matters since day one and until after graduation.
Assuming my responsibilities as a vice-dean, I strive to do my utmost to measure up to their expectations and to overcome the difficulties facing them during their study.
