The Vice Rectorship Implemented Health and Food Safety Plan During the Mid-year Vacation

By directing of  the University Rector, Dr. Khalid bin Saad Almugren, and following-up the Vice Rector, Dr. Musalam bin Mohammed Al-Dosari,  the Vice Rectorship represented by the Maintenance  and Operation Department, General Department University safety and security, University Environmental Department and Occupational Health implemented food and health safety plan during the mid-year vacation, which contains many processes, and most importantly are: Applying the pest control plan and inspecting campaigns on restaurants and cafeterias in the various university facilities to assess their compliance with the requirements of food safety according to the the system (Punish) and submitted by the competent authorities. After thanks to God, the first stage of health and food safety plan was completed during the period 22-26 / 3 / 1436 AH. In addition, the detailed reports on the work done and the main obstacles faced by the working groups have been sent.

Accordingly, the Vice Rector has directed to prepare a proposal for the implementation of this plan monthly, and he stressed that the safety of university employees is one of the most important responsibilities of the leaders of the university and it represents a fundamental pillar to provide a distinct environment providing all the ingredients of the success of the educational process and research at the university.
