The Vice Rectorship Held a Workshop to Re-Engineering of Project Management

Under the relevant of work plan adopted for the project titled (support and development of project management systems at Majmaah University) and under the auspices of His Excellency the Vice Rector Dr. Musalam bin Mohammed Al-Dossari and in the presence of HE the General Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs Mr. Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al Moosa, HE Assistant of General Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs Mr. Abdullah bin Hassan Alolah held a workshop for re-engineering project management procedures. This was happened with the participation of employees of Purchases and Financial Management and employees of the Project Management Office. Activities of the workshop began with a presentation by the implementing sector for the project on the proposed procedures after they have been engineered and which will have the system  of the Project Management Office in the coming development period. Then the proposed amendments were discussed to the process of development in order to improve performance and speed it up and adjust it.

During this workshop, It was also discussed the mechanisms of automate the procedures of ordering the materials and supplies and engineering their procedures.
