the Vice Rector participates in the fourth meeting of the Saudi universities Vice Rectors in charge of the projects, operation, maintenance and safety and security

HE the Vice Rector Dr. Musallam bin Mohammed Al-Dosari Participated in the fourth meeting of the Saudi universities Vice Rectors in charge of the projects, operation, maintenance and safety and security which was held at the University of Ha'il. The meeting was headed by Vice Minister of Higher Education Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Saif, and in the presence of Ha'il University Rector Dr. Khalil bin Ibrahim Al-Ibrahim and other Saudi universities Vice Rectors and managers of operation,maintenance, security and safety.
 
The meeting agenda started with producing what has been implemented of the recommendations from the third meeting, which was held at Majmaah University 04/11/1434 and then other topics were produced including: discussing the recommendation to adapt the awareness reference guide of campus safety issues, and another recommendation to allocate funds for programs for maintenance of safety requirements contracts and discussing building a data base for companies operating in the field of projects, operation, maintenance and security and safety, in addition to discussing the design of the campus, and propose the occupational health and safety code at the university laboratories. More than 30 representatives from Saudi universities and the Ministry of Higher Education participated in the meeting.
 
It is worth mentioning that the university represented by the Vice Rector Dr. Musallam bin Mohammed Al-Dosari has participated with a paper in this meeting entitled:
(occupational health and safetyCode at university laboratories) as laboratories are the mostly demanding for safety procedures and fire protection requirements in colleges, according to what has been decided by the Civil Defence, within VIII item of the third chapter, which states to conduct safety requirements and fire-fighting without regarding the terms and conditions determined by other relevant authorities.
