Vice Rector Inspects the Electronic Archiving of purchases Processes

HE the Vice Rector ,D.moslem bin Mohammed Al Dosari, went into an inspecting visit to the team whos is working on electronic archiving for purchases processes at the university where the combined team from the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs and the Office of Projects Management at University to work on the electronic archiving of purchases processes that have been completed in the university since its inception.  This is as a preparation for the complete transformation of the procurement processes at the university to electronic work in the year 1436 AH in pursuit of the General Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs to shift to electronic transactions in all their dealings in a accordance of the strategic plan for the University and the organized instructions of e-governance, and implementation of the national plan for the transition to e-trading.

It should be noted that His Excellency, the Vice Rector, has viewed during this visit on the mechanism details by which the implementation of the work, he also reviewed the needs of the team in charge of equipment and others. The Vice Rector directed to supply the team with the necessary electronic equipment to support and accelerate the work of the group, indicating to quality of the team work through an integrated coordinate with colleagues in the administrative and financial affairs, and in particular the staff of purchases management, which will be beneficial to the university after the completion of the required work.
