The Vice Rector Follows the Work of Automation Procedures of Materials and Supplies Requests

The Vice Rector, Dr. Musalam bin Mohammed Al Dosari, headed a coordination meeting between the General Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs and the Office Project Management at university, in the presence of His Excellency the General Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs, Mr. Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al Moosa, and HE Director of Purchaces Management, Mr. Abdullah bin Hassan Alaulh, and Director of Financial Management HE Mr. Zafer Al Shehri, and the supervisor of the office project Management HE Mr. Abdullah bin Saleh Al Saleh. During this meeting, It has been discussed the automation mechanisms of  the request prosedures of materials and supplies and engineering its procedures where the General Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs is searching to complete the automation of procedures, and to shift in all their dealings to electronic work in line with the strategic plan of the university and governmental organization and instructions for electronic transitions. In this context, His Excellency, the Vice President pointed out that the shift to electronic transactions at the university is a target requirement, and the university seeks to be achieved which must be reached in the year 1436 according to the vision of the University Rector Dr. Khalid bin Saad Almugren. His Excellency looks forward to facilitate and control the administrative procedures at the university, and acceleration mechanisms of work, and make use of modern technology in the development processes.
