Under the Chairmanship of the Vice Rector: the Committee of Preparation Budget and Follow-up Its Items Hold Its Second session

His Excellency, the Vice Rector, Chairman of the preparation budget and follow-up its items Dr. Musalam bin Mohammed Al Dosari headed the second session of the committee in the hall  meetings followed to his office, and in the presence of the committee members . At the beginning of meeting, HE the Vice Rector welcomed the members of the committee and start discussing a number of topics of the agenda including the acquaintance to the reality of what has been done in the expenses level in all budget items, and discussed the observations of the General Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs about the procedures of hoisting payments. Then it discussed the results of coordinating periodic visit by university officials to, His Excellency, the director of the Education Sector at the Ministry of Finance Mr. Abdullah Al Namlah. The Committee recommended a number of recommendations, including: first, praising of the efforts made by the General Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs in facilitating the obstacles in front of all the sections of the university to be taking the full benefit of all the items of the university budget. Also, the need to take this benefit of its provisions in accordance with the needs of the university since the approval of the university's budget for the fiscal year 1436/1437 AH after taking into account aspects of the utmost importance, especially the construction projects, and continue to communicate with His Excellency the Director of the Education Sector in the Ministry of Finance to coordinate efforts, and to avoid any notes in a timely manner. It also was recommended that the General Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs shall submit a report to the Rector of the University, including the budget for the fiscal year after closing the expenses from the university accounts.
