The Committee of budget preparation and follow-up its clauses hold its fourth meeting chaired by the Vice Rector Dr. Musalam bin Mohammed Al-Dossari on Wednesday, 03/07/1436 AH. The Committee discussed its agenda at its fourth meeting for the year 1436 AH which included a number of issues as following:
The committee reviewed the current situation and the levels of exchange to the terms of the budget. The Committee also reviewed what has been done on the training courses for applying the new financial system.
The committee discussed the obstacles that have emerged this year in promoting items or transporting them. The committee also emphasized on the authorities to reply quickly when data and statistics related to the budget request. The committee has taken a number of recommendations including: formulate controls to ensure the rationalization of spending on those items, and cooperation with the supervisor of the financial and administrative system to work on the speed up of the transition to the new financial and administrative system, and continue the efforts and coordination with specialists in the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education to overcome these obstacles.
