MU's rector, Prof. Saleh al-Mezal, launched the beneficiary support system in the presence of the vice-rector for development and investment, Prof. Musallam al-Dosari, and the acting dean of Information Technology and E-Learning, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Zamil.
Prof. al-Dosari, provided an account about the system and its beneficiaries, followed by a presentation about the system which was presented by Eng. Adel Al-Bader.
Prof. al-Mezal, commended the efforts exerted to develop this system, pointing out that the first stage should be tested by the Vice-Rector's Office for Educational Affairs, represented by both the Deanship of Admission and Registration and the Deanship of IT and E-Learning, before being generalized to all faculty members and staff.
It is worth noting that the idea of this system was suggested by Eng. Al-Bader, and aims to improve the quality of complaint system.
