The Deanship of Human Resources holds a workshop entitled: Job Performance Evaluation

The General Administration of Managing Performance and Attendance, held a workshop entitled: Job Performance Evaluation. The Vice-Rector for Development and Investment, Prof. Musallam Al-Dosari, launched the workshop with a welcoming speech, highlighting the importance of evaluating the employee in terms of measuring the level of the employee’s achievement to fulfill the goals of the university in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2023.

The workshop was held under the supervision of the Acting Dean of Human Resources, Dr. Mansour Al-Gharib, at CIFAL, and targeted directors of administrations and heads of departments. The workshop explained the regulations, the regulatory framework for performance management, the job performance charter, how to formulate goals (smart goal), and determine the level of competencies to achieve the university’s strategic goals.

The workshop was presented by Dr. Adel Al-Turki, Mr. Moaz Al-Saeed, and Mr. Ahmed Al-Nahit.

Dr. Al Gharib highlighted the importance of evaluating job performance, which is the basic foundation for measuring the level of achievement, the extent of employees’ ability to perform their work, and determining their training needs.
