Deanship of Human Resources conducts a workshop entitled (Management and Motivation to achieve excellence)

The Deanship of Human Resources held a workshop entitled: (Management and Motivation to achieve excellence) in Cairo, Egypt. The three-day workshop targeted university leaders including supervisors, advisors, deans of colleges and general managers.

The workshop presented several main topics in management and motivation to achieve excellence. An attempt was made to undertstand the emotional behavior of the work team, and develop their competencies and skills to motivate employees and harness their emotional intelligence to be creative at the workplace.
